Somehow, it goes on. Hours of testimony, nothing significant learned, and it goes on. Republicans have not gotten the kind of gaffe they wanted out of Clinton, and they will keep trying. If they can't get that, they'll settle for clips of themselves blustering enough to keep their base from being angry that they didn't attack Clinton hard enough.
Throughout, Clinton has been a marked contrast to the committee members of both parties, as she has repeatedly become emotional in talking about Ambassador Chris Stevens. It's a somber, personal tone that has been completely absent in, for instance, the occasional moments when Gowdy has remembered to stop acting as a prosecutor and pretend that these proceedings are about honoring the lives lost.
