For the record, here's some new numbers from Gallup/USA Today.

Bush's approval rating has declined to 29 percent, compared to 33 percent in June and 38 percent in April.

Opposition to the Iraq war in the United States is also at a record high while 70 percent of Americans support a complete withdrawal of US troops from Iraq.

Some 62 percent of the people surveyed believe the United States was wrong in sending troops into Iraq and only one in five Americans think Bush's troop 'surge' theory had any effect.

And this is just pathetic:

Nearly four in 10 Republicans say they have lost confidence in Bush because of his handling of the immigration issue.

Never mind the Iraq debacle, now they lose confidence with him? Over immigration? What in the hell happened to the Republican Party?
