"The problem is people. The answer is to get rid of them." - Whenever dumpy or the muskrat talk, this seems to be "the quiet part" of what is being said.
Because they're "businessmen", and the deal about businesses is that after all the money is spent, what is left over, goes to the shareholders, and the CEO, in particular, gets a huge hefty bonus.
So, in their minds, that is what they are doing with the most lucrative corporation in the world: the Corporation of the United States, a limited liability company.
In any business, the top two expenses are space and people, with the third being insurance. No matter what you make. No matter if you produce goods or services. A *normal* business needs to price goods or services to pay for its "fixed costs", or "cost of doing business". That's why businesses get to write off fixed costs on their taxes. Everything else is profit. Profit is what is left over after everything has been paid for. That profit goes directly into private pockets.
But.
The government is not a normal business. The government takes the people's money and provides goods and services. The point is not to show a profit at the end. The point is to spend the people's money wisely and provide the maximum goods and services for the money spent. That means, kinda, not paying for prisons outside of our country when we already have the most prisons in the world.
But, dumpy and the muskrat seem to think that they get to keep the money that is left over at the end, so they are slashing costs. And they dont *need* the goods and services that the government provides. They will never depend on Social Security checks or Medicaid, so, if those get slashed, well, "the people are the problem. And the answer is to get rid of them."
They don't *want* people in our society who are old or sick or infirmed, any more than they want people in this society who are brown or have tattoos. They want a white society where people know their place, and, if they speak up, you get rid of them.
And your place is below them.
And my place is below you.
And this whole "equality" thing was bullshit from the beginning, just like the whole "Constitution" thing.
Just shit to pay lip service to on the way to get rid of it.
Because, the people are the problem.
Especially "We, the People".
