Today is a relatively slow news day, with the expected conflicting arguments about the various polls that came out this week.
Of note, the Oct. 22 debate in Pittsburgh now has a location:
The campaigns of Democrat Joe Sestak and Republican Pat Toomey said Thursday they will meet Oct. 22 in Pittsburgh. The one-hour debate will be broadcast live at 7 p.m. from the station of NBC television affiliate WPXI.
WPXI anchor David Johnson will moderate, with some questions coming from voters. It will be streamed live on the station's website.
The first debate is to be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Constitution Center in Philadelphia. That debate will air live on ABC affiliate WPVI and stream live on ABCNews.com and Facebook.

Sort of begs the question of how to get questions asked at the Pgh debate, doesn't it? I'll keep you posted if I find any info about that. Over the fold for ways to get involved and a diary index for this series!
I'm thinking that the list of diaries that I've written about this is getting a little long, including it every day is taking up a lot of real estate. So I'm going to use this diary as a reference, updating it as there are new posts, and just point all future diaries to this one.

And, get involved! We can't win this one without your support. Democracy is not a spectator sport. Here's a list of ways to help:
- Donate (Seems to me this diary series ought to be able to get at least 50 contributors - and the Sestak campaign is trying for a goal of $400,000 raised between now and Oct. 22 - let's help put Sestak over the top!)
- Canvass --- getting out the vote is critical. You can also go to their contact us page
- Call - they have a Virtual Phone Bank, so you can make calls from anywhere! (h/t angel65)
- Send email (link takes you to the earlier diary that contains a template) or call or talk in person with those you know in Pennsylvania about this race.
- Go to go.joesestak.com (GoJoe for short) create an account, and look for ways to get involved.
- And, if you are in Pennsylvania, plan to vote, and bring as many people with you as possible.
Thanks for reading and for all your help, and see you on Monday with the latest in this incredibly important contest. If you have written or know of good diaries on this race, please reference them in the comments.
