Well if you check his posted policies on Outsourcing -- it's simply more of the same:
Romney’s New Tax Incentive for Outsourcing U.S. Jobs
How Romney's Plan Would Reward Foreign Outsourcing
by Seth Hanlon, americanprogressaction.org -- July 16, 2012
The Washington Post recently reported that some of the companies Mitt Romney’s firm Bain Capital invested in were “pioneers in the practice of shipping work from the United States to overseas call centers and factories.” Even more troubling than his business record is his platform as Republican presidential candidate, which includes a policy that would encourage and further accelerate the outsourcing of American jobs to foreign countries.
The former Massachusetts governor would make U.S. corporations’ overseas profits exempt from U.S. taxes. These profits are already treated favorably under the tax code compared to corporate profits that are earned and reported domestically, creating an inefficient bias toward investment offshore.

So what's Mitt's Plan for America's Displaced Workers?
Well if you read the fine print of his posted policies on Outsourcing -- Mitt is all about rewarding EVEN MORE of the same. With brand NEW Outsourcing Tax Breaks, no less.
Mitt just doesn't get it.
But then again Mitt is in good company, since he's part of a cold, callous Party -- that just doesn't get it, either
Rewarding those who outsource American Jobs -- is just fine by them:

The legislation comes from Obama’s package of modest, and typically bipartisan, proposals to spur the still-sluggish economy. It would end tax credits for moving expenses companies incur while sending operations overseas, and use the revenue generated for a new tax break for businesses that return workers from abroad.
Republicans do not oppose the outsourcing measure outright, but prefer an overhaul of the tax code. The GOP blocked the bill Thursday largely because Democrats refused allow amendments, including one that is a top GOP priority -- extending the George W. Bush-era individual income tax rates that expire at the end of the year, including those for wealthier Americans that Democrats want to let lapse.

You see the GOP Stonewallers --
have Jobs. Why should they care if ordinary Americans, lose their livelihoods to Corporate outsourcing?
It's not their own Jobs being impacted by those outsourcing Tax Credits. Well maybe they should be ...
Should be voted out of office for their Do-Nothing results. We could call it "poetic justice."
The GOP would have earned it. And it would be "fine by us" -- us "lazy mooching" workers.
