It's Election Day in America! We'll be liveblogging the results of all the key races nationwide and tweeting as well. You can also track the top contests on our new election results big board. In addition, we’ve put together a list of key resources you’ll want to keep open as you follow the returns:
Results: VA (state, AP) | GA | ME | NJ | NY | PA | UT | WA
It’s been a big night for Dems so far. Team Blue has held VA-Gov and flipped NJ-Gov. Democrats have also picked up 4 seats in the Virginia House of Delegates and are leading in many more. Much more liveblogging to come!
VA House: Two more flips! The AP has called House Districts 31 and 51 for Democrats. Previously, Dems had picked up 2, 13, 32 & 50. This is by FAR the best night Virginia Democrats have had in legislative elections in a long, long time.
VA House: We’ll have a more detailed roundup just as soon as we can—the results are flying fast and furious! But just FYI …
Democrats currently lead vote totals in 17 Republican-held Virginia House of Delegates seats. That's enough for a bare majority (click on "contested) https://t.co/kivojAN9Gv— Michael McDonald (@ElectProject) November 8, 2017

LOL okay
Ed Gillespie worked hard but did not embrace me or what I stand for. DonâÂÂt forget, Republicans won 4 out of 4 House seats, and with the economy doing record numbers, we will continue to win, even bigger than before!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 8, 2017
