Former National Security Advisor Micheal Flynn has now plead guilty to lying to the FBI about his discussion of sanctions with former Russian Ambassador Kislyak during the transition period.
Flynn’s plea fully confirms as has been hinted for weeks that he has been working with the Mueller investigation as they target others within the Trump administration.
Flynn accepted these lesser charges although he was technically vulnerable for many other charges including failing to get permission for foreign payments of over $65,000 from Russia and another $530,000 from Turkey without registering as a foreign agent, taking part of in an apparent $15 Million plot to kidnap and extradite a Turkish cleric. Fathulah Gulen, who opposes President Erdogan, and possibly freeing a Turkish-Iranian gold trader, Reza Zarrab, who had taken part in a money laundering scheme between Turkey and Iran which had violated sanctions against the later country with the knowledge and approval of Erdogan, taking another $25,000 as a consultant fee for a $100 Billion joint U.S./Russian Nuclear Power Plant project for Saudi Arabia that would have involved Rosatom (the same Russian company that bought Uranium One) and a sanctioned Russian security agency, and being involved in multiple meetings between himself Jared Kushner and Ambassador Kislyak, and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi all apparently intended to establish back-channel communications with Russia that would evade scrutiny by U.S. intel agencies and also violate the Logan Act.
Flynn’s plea also gets his son Michael T. Flynn off the hook for many of the same offenses since he made many of the same foreign trips along with his father as his Chief of Staff, but certainly the same can not be said for others in the White House including Donald Trump himself, particularly since Mueller stated in court today that Flynn was “directed by senior campaign officials and reported back to them” in all his efforts to reach out to Russia and Kislyak.
Everything from this point forward depends on exactly what Flynn was able to offer Mueller in exchange for taking a plea to this lesser charge. Obviously he may have been able to provide information on why Trump was so desperate and adamant that James Comey drop the investigation against Flynn and “lift the Russia cloud” from over him. This would potentially buttress obstruction of justice charges against Trump himself, but also may involve charges of Conspiracy against the U.S., and Aiding and Abetting in Russia’s ongoing spree of cybercrime and fraud against America which is the core underlying case.
The fact is that Trump campaign member George Papadopoulos was informed “we have thousands of Hillary’s emails” by a Russian affiliated contact, London based professor Joseph Mifsud, on March 31, 2016 — just 2 weeks after Podesta was Hacked but still at least a month before the FBI discovered the DNC hack in May. It seem quite likely that Sam Clovis, Manafort, Gates, Lewandowski, Don Jr. and/or Kushner were informed via Papadopoulos about Russia having these emails and as Mueller’s office told the Judge today — these persons then directed Flynn to continue to reach out to Russia in response.
If should also be noted that Don Jr. along with Kushner and Manafort tried to get “dirt” on Hillary Clinton from Russians and various Flynn associates such a Peter W. Smith, Barbara Ledeen & Rebekah Mercer all attempted to get access to these emails from the Russians which were all FEC violations.
If Trump personally authorized this decision to green light Flynn’s efforts with Russia, then he is vulnerable to conspiracy charges as well as obstruction of justice for his interference with Comey, as well as an FEC violation for soliciting “Hillary’s missing emails” from Russia.
However, the most vulnerable person from Flynn’s flip may be Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner who had been sitting along side Flynn in his meetings with Kislyak, and also with him and Bannon to meet the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zayed secretly in Trump Tower on December 13th, and was with Flynn and Bannon during their secret meeting with King Abdullah of Jordan at the Four Seasons in NYC over their Russian/Saudi Nuclear Power Plant “Marshall Plan” on January 5th.
If Flynn has revealed that these back channel meetings were setup to reward and roll back sanctions on Russia — which began within the White House almost immediately — as an effort to “pay them back” for their aid during the election by hacking the DNC, DCCC, Clinton Foundation and John Podesta in order to smear and defame Hillary Clinton, then spread those smears around the web using voter data derived from the RNC and filtered through Cambridge Analytica exactly as Kremlin Propagandist Konstantin Rykov has recently boasted began on election night in 2012 as President Obama secured his second term — then Kushner and Trump have a truly serious problem on their hands.
For four years and two days .. it was necessary to get to everyone in the brain and grab all possible means of mass perception of reality. Ensure the victory of Donald in the election of the US President. Then create a political alliance between the United States, France, Russia (and a number of other states) and establish a new world order.
Our idea was insane, but realizable.
In order to understand everything for the beginning, it was necessary to “digitize” all possible types of modern man.
Donald decided to invite for this task — the special scientific department of the “Cambridge University.”
British scientists from Cambridge Analytica suggested making 5,000 existing human psychotypes — the “ideal image” of a possible Trump supporter. Then .. put this image back on all psychotypes and thus pick up a universal key to anyone and everyone.
Then it was only necessary to upload this data to information flows and social networks. And we began to look for those who would have coped with this task better than others.
At the very beginning of the brave and romantic [story] was not very much. A pair of hacker groups, civil journalists from WikiLeaks and political strategist Mikhail Kovalev.
The next step was to develop a system for transferring tasks and information, so that no intelligence and NSA could burn it.
This right here is a confession of collusion between Trump and the Russian that actually began five years ago on that fateful night in 2012. Exactly how much of this Flynn has been able to confirm and verify to Mueller we’ll be finding out during the next upcoming months, and again, I suspect that will happen next either with Kushner’s indictment for conspiracy, or his guilty plea for his involvement if he chooses to roll over as Flynn has just done.
Also since Flynn has now rolled — Manafort’s goose is cooked as it’s unlikely the deal that was offered to Flynn is available to Manafort any longer, but then again — we shall see.

Looks like my suspicious about Kushner being next in the barrel were right.
Two sources tell Bloomberg’s Eli Lake that Kushner “called Flynn to tell him he needed to get every foreign minister or ambassador from a country on the U.N. Security Council to delay or vote against the anti-settlement Israeli resolution.”
Here are the latest updates to the overall Trump Russia Corruption Timeline:
- November 15th —
- Fox News continues going ALL IN on the Uranium One “scandal” despite Shep Smith’s handy smashing of the conspiracy theory.
- Trump returns to the US and tweet/wonders if the 3 UCLA basketball players who had been released from China after he spoke to President XI will thank him.
- Moore’s attorney Trenton Garmin — who had previously tried to call Don Lemon “squeezy, peasy” — tries to derail discussion of Moore by suggesting Ali Velshi — who is Canadian and Muslim — would date a 14-year-old.
- FOX fans erupt at UCLA Ball players who don’t speak at their press conference saying “Send them back” for not thanking Trump, even tho the President of the NCAA thanked him.
- More’s Alabama allies seek to smear his accusers and claim that Mrs Nelsons’ restaurant doesn’t exist, but it does.
- Tomi Lahren slams Black Liberals for supporting segregation because Colin Kaepernick is named Citizen of the year by GQ Magazine.
- After the mass shooting in California killing five people Trump responds by cutting and pasting his previous comments about the other shooting in Sutherland Springs, Texas.
- The Time’s Newspaper reports that Russian Troll accounts supported Brexit before the EU Referendum.
- A plot by McConnell emerges that would get Sessions out of the DOJ before he launches a Uranium One which hunt, and keep Moore out of the Senate by making him a write-in candidate for Senate against Moore — but Sessions would still be under scrutiny for perjury and reportedly pedophilia has no statute of limitations in Alabama for Moore to duck behind. [Correction, the statute ran out after 12 years]
- Director Richard Cordray at the CFPB, who was selected for the position when Elizabeth Warren was blocked, then instead ran for Senate — announces his resignation.
- McConnell says that if Moore wins he would “immediately face an ethics investigation” and clearly with at least 16 GOP Senators already on record against him — he could quickly be expelled.
- Ryan announces the House will begin mandatory anti-harrasement training after reports surface that two current members of Congress has sexually harassed female staffers
- The 4 UCLA ball players apologize for shoplifting Louis Vuitton sunglasses in China and thanks Trump for his help.
- Mother Jones reports that their PutinTrump.org website was hit by a vicious cyber attack after Don Jr. and Wikileaks communicated about them as has been recently by The Atlantic. “It was the scariest time in our lives,” one staff member recounted to PutinTrump editorial director Bill Buzenberg, who penned the Mother Jones essay. “There were messages threatening our families.”
- Trump gives a rambling statement/pressers where he essentially fluffs himself about how great his Asia trip was — then bolts from the room when asked about Roy Moore and takes no questions.
- Ivanka finally says something about Moore “There’s a special place in hell for those who abuse children” Yay, now what about Harvey Weinstein?
- Robert Reich points out the Trump’s corporate tax repatriation scheme has been tried before and just ended in less jobs, more executive bonuses and stock by-backs.
- The Guardian reports Chris Steele stands behind his dossier and says it’s at least 70 percent accurate — which leaves quite a margin of error, but it was fairly raw intel, so fine.
- Moore writes an open letter to Sean Hannity proclaiming his innocence because he has grand-daughters, and Nelson was once a plaintiff before his court during her divorce case and didn't ask from him to be recused.
- November 16th —
- Thinkprogress reviews court documents that reveal Roy Moore’s attorney lied about Mrs. Nelson’s divorce trial because the hearing that included Moore as the presiding judge was cancelled and never took place because the divorce was settled. Moore’s signature was on the settlement paperwork, but they never met during the case.
- Mueller issues subpoenas on dozens of offices in the White House, where he had previously only requested documents be provided voluntarily showing the case is growing more aggressive and targeting the WH.
- Sen. Al Franken is accused of forcibly kissing and harassing a fellow USO performer/host Leeann Tweeden in Afghanistan in 2006, Schumer & McConnel and Franken himself all call for an ethics investigation. He apologizes, admits he did it, says he’s “ashamed and disgusted with himself.”
- The Corruption Trial of Sen. Bob Menendez — for accepting plane trips paid for by a physician friend of his, allegedly in exchange for pushing policies that would benefit physicians like his friend — ends in a mistrial. The overturning of a similar case against former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell by the Supreme Court for also taking gifts, and maybe taking some vague actions in response seems to have raised the corruption bar to require direct Quid Pro Quo links. Note: Menendez lawyer is Abbe Lowell who also represents Kushner.
- Felix Sater agrees to turn over documents and meet with Senate Judiciary at the request of Sen. Feinstein, about his involvement with Russian government officials and the attempted Trump Tower Moscow project in 2016.
- Every Democratic member of the House Foreign Affairs committee asks for a briefing on the National Security status of the State Dept, in a letter that notes “The number of minister counselors in the State Department has decreased by 15 percent, career ministers by 42 percent, and career ambassadors by an astounding 60 percent.”
- Turkish-Iranian gold trader Reza Zarrab who had been scheduled to go to trial in New York on Monday for money-laundering and attempting to evade sanctions on Iran is no longer in the U.S. prison system, but remains in federal custody, prompting speculation he may be cooperating with the Mueller investigation of Mike Flynn.
- Trump budget director Mike Mulvaney is suspected to be named interim director of the CFPB after the departure of Richard Corday.
- Elderly Alabama voters state that Roy Moore’s sexual assault on a teenager in the 70’s used to be considered normal — “That was a part of life.”
- UCLA’s 3 Shoplifting basketball players are suspended indefinately.
- Conway snaps at Fox & Friends for asking when Trump will comment on Roy Moore — ‘Trump will make a statement when he wants to.’
- Brave New Films puts together a documentary showing the statements of the 16 Women who say they were sexually assaulted by Trump.
- Tom Steyer puts up a new $10 Milion ad buy going after Trump’s Tax Plan.
- Business Insider reports that pro-Trump blogger Charles “Chuck” Johnson of GotNews.com, who had aided Peter W. Smith’s attempts to get Hillary’s deleted/stolen emails from Russian hackers, had criticized PutinTrump.org calling it “a George Soros-tied PR firm that is launching a website to spread conspiracy theories about Donald Trump’s connections to Russia.” — just one day before Wikileaks gave the password to that site to Don Jr.
- Roy Moore weighs in on the Franken scandal saying “lets investigate.’ [Ok, sure — do it.] Then he does a speech where he lambasts the media for asking him only about his sexual harassment scandal involving 8 women [and counting] with 20 corroborating witnesses and not about the “issues.” He counters that he shouldn’t step down, but that Mitch McConnell should step down for being in cahoots with the Dems and Washington Post and wasting $30 Million campaigning against him in the Primary.
- Al Fraken puts out a more extended apology statement which Leann Tweeden readily accepts during a live interview on CNN with Jake Tapper. “I believe him, it sounded heartfelt.” She states she didn’t come forward to trash Franken’s career she was sparked an interview with Rep. Jackie Spieres to come forward and hopes that other women are inspired to come forward to share their experiences as well.
- CNN’s K-File reports that Trump’s appointed Director of Community Outreach at Homeland Security Rev. Jamie Johnson had said during an interview in 2008 that the Muslim faith’s only contributions to the world have been “oil and dead bodies”, and that the fact that Jews who are 1.4% of the country are 12% of our Millionaires due to “their hard work” which is “an indictment of America’s black community that has turned America’s major cities into slums because of laziness, drug use and sexual promiscuity,”
- Senate Judiciary writes Kushner’s attorney Abbe Lowell a letter requesting missing documents and emails regarding Russian contacts including : Kushner did not turn over a Wikileaks-related email forwarded to him; a document Kushner forwarded about a “Russian backdoor overture and dinner invite”; and communications with Russian-American Chamber of Commerce President Sergei Millian (Steele’s Source D) on which Kushner was copied.
- DailyBeast reports that Reza Zarrab has been released from Federal Prison although others charged in the case remain in custody.
- Trump goes after Al Franken via tweet — tastelessly of course and seems like more than a little but of projection in relation to the allegations of his own sexual assaults. “You know where his hands wanted to go in pictures #2, #3 and #4.” He still says nothing about Moore.
- House passes their new Tax Bill, but the prospects for the Senate Bill look increasingly dim and bleak since it would hit households earning $20-75k would pay more taxes. CNN Money reports that it could be an increase between $150 and $2440.

Michael Flynn pleads guilty to lying to the FBI about his conversations discussing U.S. sanctions with former Ambassador Kislyak on Jan 24th. This pleas follows the same charges being filed against Papadopoulos and strongly suggests he is cooperating with Mueller on charges against other targets.
-
Flynn’s plea documents reveal that on Jan. 28, one week and one day into the administration — just 4 days after Flynn lied to the FBI — Trump and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, spoke by phone. Flynn, Bannon, Preibus and Spicer were present for the call. The next day Bannon was elevated to the National Security council, and the day after that Sally Yates came to WH Counsel McGahn to reveal that Flynn had serious legal problems.
-
Stone tells Credico to do a “Frank Pentangeli” [Which is a reference to Godfather II where one member of the Corleon gang denies knowing the Corleons.] “And if you turned over

-
Mueller court filings against Flynn reveal that:
-
When Egypt submitted the UN resolution on the Israeli settlement on Dec. 21, “a very senior member” of Trump’s transition team [Kushner] “instructed” Flynn to “contact officials from foreign government, including Russia, to learn where each government stood on the resolution and to influence those governments to delay the vote or defeat the resolution.” [Which is yet another Logan Act violation.]
-
Flynn went on to discuss the vote with Kislyak on Dec. 22, and informed him that Trump’s incoming administration opposed it. Kisylak informed him the next day that Russia would not vote against the resolution. [The Resolution passed as the U.S. abstained from Voting and did not Veto as had been the custom]
-
On Dec 29th Flynn and Kislyak also discussed Russia’s response to Obama’s additional sanctions in retaliation for Russia election meddling and they came to an agreement that Russia “would not escalate” their response while Trump would continue to “review” these sanctions. Flynn’s transition contact at Mar-A-Lago [Guess who?] was kept update on these discussions.
-
Another “senior transition official” who was aware of Flynn’s communications with Kislyak was his eventual NSC Deputy K.T. McFarland. WH Pool reports taken from that time indicate that McFarland met with other officials on “National Security Issues” including Stephen Miller, Steve Bannon, Kellyanne Conway and Reince Priebus.
-
CNN reports that WH Officials claim that the Obama administration authorized Flynn to talk to Kislyak — to which a former Obama official responds saying “That’s laughable”, which it should be since Obama fired Gen. Flynn in 2015 which tends to negate all authorities.
-
Sources tell the Daily Beast that as news reports suggested Flynn had flipped for weeks Trump “began privately fuming” at the concept. “He turned on me!.” Two of those sources also said “it sounded at times as if Trump felt personally hurt by the prospect that someone whom he admired professionally and liked personally had potentially turned.”
-
Breitbart blasts White House lawyer Ty Cobb as delusional after Mike Flynn pleads guilty. [Yeah, sounds right.]
- Flynn’s guilty plea may also have put Mike Pence in serious jeopardy depending on what he truly knew about Flynn lobbying for Turkey (although the transition team which he was leading was directly informed by Flynn’s lawyers and Rep. Elijah Cummings] and his communications with Kislyak and when he knew it, because so far he’s clearly lied about it.
- Leon Panetta’s former Chief of Staff at CIA Jeremy Bash states that Flynn’s sanctions call to Kislyak was “a quid pro quo payback” for Russia’s election meddling. [Yeah, ya think?]
- Two sources tell Bloomberg’s Eli Lake that it was Kushner “called Flynn to tell him he needed to get every foreign minister or ambassador from a country on the U.N. Security Council to delay or vote against the Israeli settlement resolution.”
- Kushner is reportedly in current talks with the Saudi Arabian crown prince (MAB) — and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is worried it may “tip the region into chaos” — with an effort intended to reach “an historic $Billion agreement for creation of a Palestinian state or territory backed financially by a number of countries including Saudi Arabia”

- Wapo reports the FBI Official Peter Strzok, who had been involved in the investigation of the Clinton email server had been removed from Mueller's Team during the summer because the Inspector General found he had exchanged texts critical of Trump with his girlfriend FBI Lawyer Lisa Page, who works for Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

- Trump goes on a tweetgasm commending ABC for suspending Ross, claiming again the “Russia is a Witch Hunt” and blasting the Justice Dept “Rigged system” for convicting Flynn when “Hillary Lied to the FBI about deleting her emails after a subpoena for them was issued.” [Something which the actual FBI report on her emails disproves, she had previously said she didn’t need them and most copies were already gone before the subpoena, an IT tech at PRN had forgotten one copy and deleted it later when he remembered without knowing about the subpoena.]
- House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) sends out a statement calling on freshman Democratic congressman Rep. Ruben Kihuen (D-NV) to resign after allegations that he sexually harassed a campaign staffer during his 2016 election bid.
- December 3rd —
- Newsweek reports Kushner failed to disclose that he was co-director of a charity founded by his parents between 2006-2015 which funds West Bank settlements which have been deemed illegal by international law and a recent UN resolution that Kushner actively requested Flynn to lobbied against during the transition.
- Sputnik News reports that Mueller had reassigned FBI Agent Peter Strzok due to his anti-Trump tweets in July. So does RT.com.
- Trump keeps tweeting about the “tainted and dishonest FBI” claiming “Clinton money went to FBI Lawyer Lisa Page” [except they were texts from her boyfriend FBI official Peter Strzok not cash from Clinton] He goes on to state the FBI reputation is the “worst, after years being run by Comey.” [No, really not!] He also says “people should considering suing ABC” over Brian Ross’ mistaken reports on Flynn because the stock market went down by 350 points. He claims that he think Mueller will treat him fairly and says that “There was no collusion” 16 times in less than 30 minutes. Carter Page meeting with Russians after Sessions and Manafort said Trump himself couldn’t go and someone “lower level” should do it instead, Kushner & Flynn meeting with Russians multiple times to setup a “back channel” that U.S. intel couldn’t detect, Flynn trying to build Nuclear Power Plants with Russia, being paid by a Russian Oligarch to support Turkey kidnapping and renditioning a rebel cleric for Erdogan and also suggesting to Kislyak that sanctions would be dropped. Cohen & Sater trying to build Trump Tower Moscow with Putin’s help and also get Sanctions dropped with a Ukrainian “Peace Deal”, and everyone lying about all this and not reporting it on their security forms or to the FBI, especially Popadopoulos and Flynn, let alone telling them Russia had told Popadopoulos they had “thousands of Hillary’s emails” months before anyone else — including the FBI — even knew that had happened.
