Well, it’s Thursday now. Just five days until the new Congress is seated, and George Santos now finds himself under state and federal investigation.

What an exciting holiday recess lull in the news cycle this has been!

I don’t know if it can get any more… let’s say, intriguing, than this. But finding the rest of the stories we need to talk about is Greg Dworkin’s job. At least on Thursdays, anyway.

He’s pretty much an expert, so we’ll leave it to him.

I’m the expert in muttering Dad jokes in the background. So we’ll stick with that formula for one more day this year.
