Melody Townsel’s quilt top
Riverlover’s husband has liver disease. He is not a candidate for a transplant – and according to her comment on my last night’s diary, he is beginning to give up his fight for life. She needs her friends now more than ever. It’s past time to get her “love catcher” together, a quilt incorporating messages of love and support from caring Kossacks, written in archival ink on muslin.

We need eleven or twelve more messages to do a simple lap throw for riverlover – something she can cuddle, nap under, cry into. We are also short about $35 (figuring $5/message) for this quilt. If you would like to contribute, here is a PayPal link.
