Dear America,
I wanted to tell you that I watched you watching the debate last night. But DK5 wouldn’t let me. Seriously! I’ve just encountered some kind of glitch that absolutely will not let me type the word “watch” into the editor. As soon as I hit the space bar after the word—Pow!—the cursor backs up and the word disappears!
WTF? THIS IS CRAZY-TOWN, PEOPLE!
GIVE US OUR WORD BACK, OBAMA!
Well, I don’t know about you, but I’m not going to stand for it. I will have Joan McCarter on the carpet and standing tall before the man at 1000 hrs. to explain the situation, you just watching (-ing), damn it!
P.S., I understand that this is not necessarily a problem in all browsers. If it’s not a problem in yours, please ignore this rant and blame Armando.
Listen LIVE, right here at 9:00 AM ET! Kagro in the Morning show podcasts are also available through iTunes.
SUPPORT SERIOUSLY GOOD MEDIA!
Support the show
Hey, we put on a pretty good show, if I do say so myself, and we do it five days a week for two hours a day. I think we provide a product that's pretty unique in the radio and podcasting sphere, and we go into stories at a level of detail that's hard to find elsewhere, even right here at Daily Kos. "We'll have to leave it there," is something you'll never hear. Does that sound like media you'd like to help support? OK, well, would you do it anyway? If the Kagro in the Morning show is a fun, important or medically necessary part of your day, consider adding your ongoing support for what we do, through my Recurrency.us page.

Wait. What? David Waldman pops into today’s rerun with a SURPRISE Live show! So, if you were on the ball, you were rewarded with a whole new hour. If not, you’re still lucky—we can hit a link above and catch up: Some loon brings a gun into Starbucks, says his name is Mary Christmas, of course they misspell it on his cup. Ask your barista to write your creed on a cup today! Students at the University of Missouri learned valuable lessons on the strength of collective bargaining this week. There is still much to learn in this story, however. Armando calls in to discuss the rights of the people in the middle of the story vs. the people on the outside looking in. Is this a collective “No comment”? Is it the creation of a safe space?
(Thanks again to Scott Anderson for the show summary!)
