The Western Antique Aeroplane and Automobile Museum (WAAAM) in Hood River, Oregon, has on display more than 100 antique airplanes. Shown below are some of the 1936-1939 airplanes which are on display. The drip pans under most of the planes indicate that this is a functioning aircraft.
1936 Arrow Sport F
This airplane has a cruising speed of 86 MPH and a top speed of 95 MPH. Approximately 17 of these airplanes were built. The engine is a modified Ford Flathead V-8 with 82 horsepower.
1937 Rearwin Sportser
This airplane has a cruising speed of 110 MPH and a top speed of 120 MPH. Only 9 of these airplanes were built. The engine is a 90 horsepower Warner Scarab Jr.
1937 Monocoupe 110 Special

This airplane has a cruising speed of 100 MPH and a top speed of 112 MPH. Approximately 100 of these airplanes were built. The engine is a 63 HP, Ford Model B.
1937 Ryan ST-A Special
1938 Dart Model G
This airplane has a cruising speed of 118 MPH and a top speed of 135 MPH. Approximately 51 of these airplanes were built. The engine is a 90 horsepower Lambert 90.
1938 Rearwin Speedster
1938 Taylor-Young BC65
This airplane has a cruising speed of 95 MPH and a top speed of 105 MPH. Approximately 2,400 of these airplanes were built. The engine is a 65 horsepower Continental A-65.
