Located near Coos Bay, Oregon, Sunset Bay State Park has an overnight campground as well as day use areas. It is situated in a secluded cove where the beach is sheltered from the ocean winds and waves. It has ten miles of hiking trails which connect it with Shore Acres State Park and Cape Arago State Park.
