Since Earth Dai is such an important dai, we interrupt our regularly scheduled Moondai mashery of Ogden Nashery to bring the top 10 things that you can do about climate change. We can all do our part to make a little beneficial change now and encourage others (especially businesses!) to do their parts too. But if you find any Ogden Nash (or other not entirely serious) pomes about climate change, please feel free to add them in the comments also too! This is an Open Thread. So without further ado:
1. INCREASE YOUR USE OF SOLAR ENERGY
Heats SO good!
2. increase your use of wind power
Powerful!
3. commute by BICYCLE or public transportation
Scenic ride! No reuse permissions that I could find, but you HAVE to also see this! Too funny!
4. use energy-efficient appliances
And if you dry your laundry on a clothesline, that leaves the dryer for more noble purrposes!
5. eat more (organic) fruits and veggies, less meat
Don’t forget to share with your friends!
6. buy less
So much stuff is exhausting!
7. invest in green companies
Here! They use renewable energy! This one here! Here!
8. support carbon pricing
Less pollution, clearer air!
9. vote!
Vote fur the climate!
